Phase 3

Tomorrow begins Phase 3! I feel like the holidays ruined much of my efforts, but I'm rippin' to burn it up in Phase 3!

  1. Dude, that's so funny. I feel EXACTLY the same way. Missed a lot of workouts lately, but ready to get back in the game. Especially now that we know there's a better than likely chance we'll be in Maui in July. They don't need another beached whale, so it's time to crush phase three and get ready!

  2. LOL. Eric, I thought from a having a few lazy and crappy weeks that my reps would be low on chest & Back this week. But I did MORE reps on every single move! The strength is still there baby, just covered by a little extra flab. Gotta pick up on the cardio workouts a bit.

  3. I had similar success. Was actually able to do the most pushups so far (which isn't saying much, but still...more than before!).

    One thing that was key for me last night... I was getting ready to workout and wanted to do it before dinner, but kept getting delayed. Next thing I knew I was HUNGRY, so rather than try to knock out Chest & Back on an empty tank, I ate dinner, found other stuff to work on for an hour or so, then did the workout. Plenty of gas in the tank!! That saved my butt!

    Agreed that for me, as soon as this is over, I need to do some extra cardio to shed some of the fat!!
