Just wanted to let you all know I saw an old friend post a comment on FB about P90X recently and pinged him to see what/how he is doing. Some of you know Mike Oakland from the PBC days, and turns out he is on week #2 of the program and just LOVES Plyo!! LOL (kidding)
So, I've invited Mike to join the blog with us if he wants, so he can share in the encouragement and accountability. You may see him post on here real soon, so be sure to say hi and tell him how much easier it gets! Wink!
