I got the push ups bars last time I did this and I use them and they are so much better!!
ReplyDeleteThose bars do seem like a good idea. I'll be keeping my eyes open for a cheap set of those myself. (although a "deeper" pushup has ZERO appeal to me!! LOL)
ReplyDeleteI got them cheap at Walmart. They help but are harder because they allow you to go deeper if you want to, LOL. Otherwise you can just stay higher, but I still felt it more!
