So???

Week two is underway, so...let's talk about what we're seeing.

Call me nuts, but I already feel like I can "see" some changes. Maybe it's mental, I don't know?? Anyone else??

Did anyone lose any weight last week??

NOW LISTEN...I don't want us all comparing ourselves to each other either, so don't get bummed if you haven't seen any changes yet or limited differences.

But wouldn't it be encouraging to hear that this is working for SOMEBODY!! And see what they are doing well, so we can make some changes.

  1. Don't expect to lose too much weight as I'll be losing fat (weighs less) and gaining muscle (weighs more), but I hope to look more tone. It took me 2-3 weeks to see results last time. Still waiting. Nothing noticeable yet.

  2. Avery, I'm confused by my changes in week one. I fully expected results like you mention above. Didn't think I'd lose any weight, as the muscle gain should have outweighed any fat loss.

    As it was, I'm down 4 pounds, yet my body fat remains unchanged. Weird. I should track my caloric intake better to see if I'm eating enough.

    I feel like I can "see" changes already though, so I'm focusing on that.
