Props

I am doing the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred video. I started today and thought, 20 minutes, no problem. I do an hour pilates workout here and there and it gets me winded, but I can do it, even if it's been a few weeks. So I was thinking 20 minutes would be easy. UM, WRONG! It was TOUGH! I am obviously very out of shape! I have to give props to those of you doing the P90X hour or longer long crazy hard workouts! I'm dying here after only 20 minutes!!! I'd recommend this video for anyone needing a quicker workout. I do not have time for the full P90X program, but I have heard good things about this Shred video, so we'll see!! They claim you can lose 20 pounds in 30 days, but I'm sure that's following the diet plan and all that too. Also wanted to share this link with you all on what foods help burn calories! Saw it today and thought it may be helpful to some. :) Tasha

  4. I got the video at Walmart, it was only $10! You also need weights and possibly a mat. I'm sure the weight loss will only come with diet changes, but they do offer an online guide to meals and other weight loss tips. It's a tough workout, but I'm on day four and able to keep up better already! I've also cut out refined sugar and white carbs. Hoping for some good end results!
